Welcome to CludCode. By using our service, you agree to these terms. CludCode provides secure remote terminal access to your devices. We take security seriously and expect you to use the service responsibly.
Key Points
- •You must be 18+ or have parental consent to use CludCode
- •You are responsible for all activity on your account and connected devices
- •Do not use CludCode for illegal activities or to harm others
- •Keep your device encryption keys secure - we cannot recover them
- •We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
The Service
What CludCode Provides
- • Secure WebSocket tunneling to your registered devices
- • End-to-end encrypted terminal access via web browser
- • Device registration and management dashboard
- • Connection brokering through our relay infrastructure
What CludCode Does NOT Provide
- • Access to devices you don't own or control
- • Recovery of lost encryption keys
- • Support for illegal activities
- • Guaranteed uptime (though we strive for high availability)
Your Responsibilities
By using CludCode, you agree to:
Account Security
- • Keep your account credentials confidential
- • Store your device encryption keys securely (we recommend a password manager)
- • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- • Use strong, unique passwords for your CludCode account
Device Management
- • Only connect devices you own or have explicit permission to access
- • Keep the CludCode agent updated to the latest version
- • Remove devices you no longer use from your account
- • Ensure connected devices comply with your local laws and regulations
Content & Conduct
- • You are solely responsible for all commands executed through CludCode
- • We do not monitor your terminal traffic (it's encrypted)
- • You must comply with all applicable laws when using the service
- • Do not attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the relay infrastructure
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use CludCode to:
- ✗Access computers, networks, or data without authorization
- ✗Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
- ✗Conduct denial-of-service attacks or network abuse
- ✗Mine cryptocurrency using our infrastructure
- ✗Store, transmit, or process illegal content
- ✗Circumvent usage limits or abuse the service
- ✗Resell or redistribute CludCode access without permission
- ✗Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack CludCode systems
Payments & Billing
Subscription Plans
- • Free Trial: 3 days to evaluate the service
- • Pro: $5/month for up to 5 devices
- • Team: Custom pricing for teams - contact us
Billing Terms
- • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- • You can cancel anytime - access continues until the end of the billing period
- • No refunds for partial months (you keep access until period ends)
- • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
Failed Payments
- • If payment fails, we'll attempt to charge again for up to 7 days
- • After 7 days of failed payments, your subscription may be suspended
- • Reactivate by updating your payment method in the billing portal
Service Availability & Limitations
Best-Effort Service
CludCode is provided on a "best-effort" basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.
Disclaimers
- • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
- • We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or connection issues
- • We are not responsible for actions taken on your connected devices
- • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- • Violate these terms of service
- • Engage in illegal activities
- • Abuse the service or infrastructure
- • Have prolonged payment failures
You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by contacting support.
Intellectual Property
CludCode, including all software, branding, and documentation, is owned by CludCode. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to these terms.
You retain all rights to your own data, code, and content that passes through CludCode. We claim no ownership over your terminal traffic or files.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via:
- Email notification to your registered address
- Notice in the CludCode dashboard
- Updated "Last modified" date on this page
Continued use of CludCode after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
